Improving Food Security through Systems Thinking and Community Collaboration

In Worcester, Massachusetts, the Commonwealth's second largest city, it is estimated that 1 in 5 residents are food insecure (UMass Medical School). Food insecurity makes it challenging to consume foods that support healthy weights, therefore putting families at risk for diet-related diseases.
