A new year brings new beginnings, especially when it comes to your health.

Eat a healthy diet: Add more healthy food choices to your diet such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and low-fat dairy products in the new year! Move more, sit less: Get more active in 2020 by adding at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week, plus muscle-strengthening activities at least 2 days a week. Get enough sleep: Did you know that adults need at least 7 hours of sleep per night and that 1 in 3 adults do not get enough sleep?
